The President’s Volunteer Service Award comes from President George W. Bush and Thomas is receiving the call to service award which is the highest volunteer award in the country. It is being presented by Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez at our Everybody Needs a Home press conference that the Mayor is hosting for The Women’s Alliance.
The award recognizes Thomas’s life long commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
